TL;DR

  • Choose white-label tools for agencies by job: client access and billing, service delivery, and reporting. Add specialist tools when paid work requires them.
  • SuperOkay suits a portal-led setup; ManyRequests and Wayfront, formerly SPP, combine more of the service-order and billing workflow.
  • A CRM suite can cover several jobs. Buying one product per category is unnecessary when existing tools already do the work.
  • For customer communication, compare voice AI and SMS separately, including usage and support costs.
  • We build Trillet and feature it here. Validate branding and contractual scope on the exact plan before onboarding clients.

Most agency tool lists are a pile of logos with a line each. An agency needs a working route from signed client to delivered service, with a clear place to find the result.

How did we choose these tools?

The picks reflect two perspectives: we build white-label voice AI for agencies, and we run a community of agency founders on Skool. The tools here are the ones they actually run and argue about, not whatever pays the highest affiliate commission.

Where a tool keeps coming up in that community, or keeps causing complaints, we have said so. These are first-party community observations, not a quantified survey or a claim that every platform has been benchmarked under identical conditions.

We also checked current vendor documentation. Prices below are USD as of September 2026; annual-effective figures require annual billing. This article focuses on running the agency. Our best white-label SaaS platforms to resell comparison goes deeper into choosing products to sell.

What jobs does a white-label agency stack need to cover?

An agency needs a way to onboard clients, deliver the promised service, collect payment and show results. Those are jobs to cover, not a requirement to buy a separate subscription for each one.

JobTools to considerWhat to verify before buying
Client portal, requests and billingSuperOkay, ManyRequests, WayfrontDomain, email branding, approvals and payment workflow
CRM and marketingGoHighLevel, VendastaExisting overlap, usage charges and client access
Websites and funnelsDuda, SimvolyCost per additional site or project
SEO and reportingSE Ranking, AgencyAnalytics, DashThisData collection versus reporting; client and source limits
Social deliverySendible, SocialPilotClient approvals and full application branding versus reports
Customer communicationTrillet, Synthflow, Autocalls, TextUsVoice/SMS scope, usage, fallback and any required agreements

Start with the jobs your first service needs. A voice agency can often use its voice platform's client workspace and existing billing tools before adding another portal. A design subscription may need request management and proofing from day one.

Job 1: Which client portal should you use?

Use SuperOkay when a polished shared workspace is the main need, and compare ManyRequests with Wayfront when requests, ordering and recurring billing need to work together. The deciding test is whether a client can find the next action without emailing your team.

In our community this is the single most debated slot in the stack, usually SuperOkay versus ManyRequests, so we will take all three contenders honestly.

SuperOkay

SuperOkay is a portal-first option for documents, tasks and shared client resources. Solo+ includes five clients and white labelling at $38 monthly or $29/month annually. It is a reasonable shortlist for small creative agencies that want a branded hub. SuperOkay pricing.

What to do: test the actual payment and request-handling workflow. A well-presented portal does not automatically replace your billing system.

ManyRequests

ManyRequests combines client requests, project delivery and billing. Core is $59 monthly; Pro is $99 monthly or $79/month annually. Core has a custom domain, but removing vendor attribution and customising email notifications require Pro. ManyRequests pricing.

It is the tool founders in our community pick when the business is a subscription, such as design, SEO or content on retainer, rather than one-off projects. That structure can help standardise delivery, but it needs to match how you sell work.

What to do: run an order, revision, approval and renewal through the trial. Include the team's paid seats in the budget.

Wayfront, formerly Service Provider Pro

SPP rebranded as Wayfront in 2026. Base starts at $129 monthly or $99/month annually, with a white-label client portal; Pro adds reseller mode. The platform brings orders and client operations together. Wayfront, pricing.

It overlaps ManyRequests heavily; the usual deciding factor in our community is billing depth and workflow taste rather than features on paper.

What to do: test a late payment, a paused subscription and a client data export. Those events reveal more than the welcome screen.

Job 2: When do you need a CRM and marketing platform?

Add a CRM when follow-up, campaigns and the sales pipeline need a shared system of record. If your existing suite already manages these tasks, another overlapping product creates more work unless it solves a specific gap.

GoHighLevel is a strong shortlist for combined CRM and marketing delivery. Unlimited is $297/month and Agency Pro is $497/month with SaaS Mode; usage remains additional. HighLevel pricing.

Vendasta suits agencies selling a broader catalogue. Its Professional plan has a white-label client portal and a $499 monthly minimum with a one-year contract; eligible purchases offset the subscription. Starter is co-branded. Vendasta pricing.

What to do: decide which system owns the customer record. Write down how new leads, appointments, cancellations and opt-outs reach it, including who handles a failed update.

Job 3: When should websites and funnels have their own tool?

Use a specialist builder when website production is a core service with repeatable design, editing and handover requirements. An occasional campaign page may be adequately served by a builder you already pay for.

Duda is worth shortlisting for structured agency website production. White Label is $199 monthly or $149/month annually, including four sites; additional published sites cost extra. Duda pricing.

Simvoly combines sites and funnels, with WL Basic from $69 monthly or $59/month annually. Budget for additional client projects, including on WL Ultimate. Simvoly white-label plans.

What to do: define who handles content changes and maintenance after launch. Price that work into the service instead of assuming the platform subscription covers your labour.

Job 4: Do you need SEO software, reporting software, or both?

Use SEO software to research and execute SEO work, and reporting software to explain results across the channels you manage. Buy both only when the reporting benefit justifies the overlap.

In our community the common mistake is paying for one when you needed the other, so we will keep them straight.

SE Ranking combines SEO tools with branded client features through Agency Pack. The annual-effective starting combination of Core and Agency Pack is $172.20/month; the add-on requires an annual subscription. SE Ranking pricing, Agency Pack terms.

AgencyAnalytics centres on cross-channel client reporting. Its current offer is $20/client/month annually, including branding, with optional Rank Tracker and AI Tracker tools for additional tracking work. AgencyAnalytics pricing.

DashThis is a focused reporting option. Individual is $54 monthly or $44/month annually for three dashboards. Its current comparison includes custom domains and white-labelled dashboards at this tier, so Professional is not required merely for branding. DashThis pricing.

What to do: build a sample report before migrating. Confirm that each metric has a source and tells the client something useful about the service you provide.

Job 5: Which social-management tool fits client delivery?

Choose the social tool that makes approvals, publishing and reporting manageable for the accounts you actually run. The relevant cost is the branding tier plus sufficient client capacity.

Sendible offers white labelling as an add-on to Elite or Enterprise. Elite starts at $349/month before that fee; request a complete quote. Sendible pricing.

SocialPilot separates report branding on Premium from advanced white labelling on Ultimate. Ultimate costs $200 monthly or $170/month annually. SocialPilot pricing.

What to do: ask a test client to approve and reject scheduled content. Check the notification branding and permissions as well as the publishing calendar.

Job 6: How should you choose voice AI and SMS tools?

Choose customer-communication tools around the actions a client needs: answer enquiries, qualify leads, book, transfer or follow up. Evaluate voice and SMS costs separately, then test the handoff to the client's team.

This is the job our community talks about more than any other right now. Answering a client's phones and texting their customers is increasingly software you run under your brand. That is also why an incorrect answer or failed transfer needs a clear owner.

Disclosure: this is us. Trillet gives agencies one platform for building and operating voice AI, with client workspaces, workflows and supporting communication channels. On the standard hosted service, the agency works with Trillet while Trillet manages the technology underneath. One platform. One team. Your brand.

As of September 2026, Studio is $99/month with 1,000 included minutes and a three-workspace cap. It supports your branding on a Trillet-hosted address. Agency is $299/month with 3,000 included minutes, unlimited workspaces, a custom domain, branded emails and minute markup. AI overage is $0.12/minute; telephony and SMS are separate. Both plans have a seven-day free trial with a card required.

Trillet holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications. HIPAA-covered workflows require Agency or Enterprise with an executed BAA and applicable Order Form. That is the recurring theme when regulated clients come up in our community: the platform has to be safe to put your name on before anything else matters.

Clients can often retain their number through carrier-level forwarding. Activating forwarding is only one step; review answers, test booking and transfers, and verify fallback before production calls. A 30-second forwarding action is not a 30-second completed deployment.

The white-label voice AI platform fits agencies whose service depends on those customer conversations. It complements CRM and campaign tools where those are also needed.

What to do: pilot one call type first and review the failed or ambiguous conversations before expanding.

Synthflow and Autocalls

Synthflow offers an enterprise route from $30,000 annually, with the scope agreed commercially. Its in-product reseller billing was removed on 15 September 2026, so plan external customer billing. Synthflow pricing, billing migration.

Autocalls lists Agency White Label at $419/month with 3,500 minutes, unlimited client subaccounts and Stripe billing, then $0.09/minute. Its published package is worth comparing on complete cost and workflow fit. Autocalls pricing.

What to do: use the same call scenarios for each candidate. Ask for the applicable security and data-handling agreements where the client's workflow requires them.

TextUs

TextUs offers white-label and OEM SMS options, including a branded platform, embedded messenger and API. Partner pricing is sales-led, so do not budget it as an ordinary low-cost self-serve subscription. TextUs white-label offering.

What to do: compare its implementation needs with the messaging you already have. Confirm consent handling, opt-outs and delivery reporting before migrating customer communication.

How much does a practical starting stack cost?

A useful budget starts with named tools and assumptions, rather than a universal agency-stack price. Your service may need fewer subscriptions than the example below if existing software already covers a job.

For an illustrative three-client voice service, as of September 2026:

ToolMonthly-billed planMonthly subscription
SuperOkaySolo+, up to five clients$38
TrilletStudio, up to three workspaces$99
DashThisIndividual, three dashboards$54
TotalBefore additional costs$191

The arithmetic is $38 + $99 + $54. Studio's three workspaces must cover the whole allocation, including any workspace you keep for internal use, and it does not include a custom domain. Replacing Studio with Agency makes the subscription total $391 and adds that domain capability. Current voice allowances and extras are listed on the Studio and Agency pricing page.

These figures exclude taxes, telephony, SMS, AI overage, payment processing, integrations, onboarding and support labour. The reporting example assumes three dashboards and supported data sources; it does not assume a native Trillet-to-DashThis connector. A PDF or existing report may serve a small pilot just as well.

What to do: add software only when a real delivery task outgrows what you already have. Test the data connection before paying for a reporting tool.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a white-label agency stack?

It is the set of branded tools an agency uses to onboard clients, deliver services, collect payment and show results. A single platform may cover several jobs.

Do I need every category of tool?

No. Begin with the functions needed for your first paid service and use existing capabilities where they fit. Add specialists when the delivery work justifies their cost.

How much do white-label tools for agencies cost?

The example above totals $191/month in subscriptions, or $391 with Trillet Agency replacing Studio. It is an illustrative configuration, not an all-in operating budget; usage, implementation and support add to the cost.

How can I tell whether a tool is actually white-label?

Inspect the client login, domain, emails, reports and billing on the exact plan. Check the resale terms too, because branding a report and reselling a whole application are different rights and capabilities.

Can one platform do everything?

A suite can cover several jobs well enough for a focused service. Add another tool only after identifying a specific gap and checking that the integration and support burden are worth it.
