Compare

Compare voice AI
platforms, honestly.

How Trillet compares with the white-label platforms, wrappers and developer tools agencies evaluate: white-label depth, published prices and the estimated monthly cost at 2,000 minutes, from each vendor's own pages.

For agencies

White-label voice AI, side by side

Three kinds of product get compared as if they were the same thing. They are grouped here so the prices make sense: a developer API at $0 a month is not the same purchase as a platform your clients log in to.

White-label platforms

Built for agencies: client accounts, your branding, and a way to bill clients, on the vendor's own voice stack or one it manages for you.

Choosing

Who should pick what

Price matters less than who owns the problem when a client's call goes wrong. Start from how your agency works.

Your agency already runs on HighLevel

GoHighLevel Voice AI, or Assistable inside it

Voice sits next to the pipelines and sub-accounts you already sell. Budget for three usage meters (engine, voice, model) and the $497 plan if you want to rebill usage.

You have engineers and want the lowest cost per minute

Vapi or Retell

Both publish the lowest per-minute floors among developer platforms. You will build or buy the client portal, billing and support layer yourself.

You want the lowest fixed fee and accept two vendors

A wrapper such as Voicerr or Vapify

Under $30 a month for the portal. Your clients' calls still depend on a separate Vapi or Retell account you hold and pay for.

You want one platform to build, brand and bill client agents

Trillet

Branding, client workspaces, workflows and the voice stack come from one vendor with one support path. Studio is $99 with 1,000 minutes; custom domain and per-client minute markup need Agency at $299.

You sell to regulated or larger clients

A platform that can co-deliver

Look for documented security certifications and a BAA path rather than a checkbox. Trillet holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 and offers BAAs on Agency and Enterprise after its standard process.

For enterprise

Enterprise buyers compare different things

Contact centres, health systems, councils and banks rarely choose on list price. These four questions decide it, and the table below shows how seven platforms answer them.

Estimated monthly cost
The cheapest public plan that includes the vendor's agency or white-label capability, plus published usage for exactly 2,000 minutes in one month. Phone numbers, telephony, taxes, SMS, add-ons and one-time credits are excluded.
Wrapper estimates
Wrappers also need the upstream voice provider's usage, so their estimates add Retell's cheapest published configuration, about $0.07 per minute. Real setups usually cost more.

“Not verified”

Platform type
One test: who runs the voice agents, and does the agency need a second vendor account? Using cloud, telephony or model suppliers does not make a product a wrapper.

FAQ

Frequently asked
questions

Weighing a platform we have not covered? Ask our team and we will walk through it with you.

What is the difference between a white-label platform and a wrapper?

A white-label platform gives an agency client accounts, branding and client billing on a voice stack the vendor runs or manages, so the agency has one vendor relationship. A wrapper puts a branded portal over a voice engine the agency contracts separately, usually Vapi or Retell, so there are two accounts and two bills. Wrappers often have lower fixed fees; platforms usually mean fewer moving parts when a client call goes wrong. Some vendors, such as ConvoCore and VoiceAIWrapper, now offer both modes.

Which voice AI platforms can agencies resell under their own brand?

Trillet, GoHighLevel, ConvoCore, Stammer, Assistable, Echowin, Callin.io, VoiceAIWrapper and Synthflow all publish a white-label or agency offer, and the wrappers Vapify, Voicerr and ChatDash brand Vapi or Retell. The depth differs: check custom domain, client sub-accounts and whether you can bill clients inside the product. Vapi, Retell and Bland are developer platforms with no turnkey agency portal.

How much does a voice AI agent cost per minute?

Published rates in this comparison run from $0.03 per minute (ConvoCore's cheapest realtime model) to $0.20 per minute for pay-as-you-go plans, before telephony. Trillet's white-label usage is $0.12 per minute after the included minutes and covers the platform, speech-to-text, language model and voice; telephony is separate. Compare the total at your own volume, because platform fees and included minutes change the answer.

Why isn't Trillet the cheapest option in the table?

At 2,000 minutes a month, developer platforms and wrappers can cost less because they leave the agency portal, client billing or the second vendor account to you. Trillet prices one platform that includes branding, client workspaces, workflows and its voice stack. Studio is $99 with 1,000 minutes and Agency is $299 with 3,000 minutes, both with a 7-day free trial.

Which platforms support on-premise or private deployment?

Trillet offers on-premise deployment via Docker and private cloud on enterprise agreements. Among enterprise platforms, NiCE Cognigy documents on-premise installation on Kubernetes and Kore.ai documents on-premise and single-tenant VPC; PolyAI, Parloa, Google and Amazon Connect do not document on-premise. Among agency platforms, Bland lists on-premise and VPC on its Enterprise plan; most are cloud-only.
