TL;DR

  • The best white-label SaaS to resell depends on your service: shortlist GoHighLevel for CRM, Duda for websites, SE Ranking for SEO, SocialPilot for social, and Trillet for voice AI.
  • Compare the plan that includes your required branding. A branded report, custom-domain portal and automated resale billing are different capabilities.
  • Budget for usage, client accounts and delivery labour alongside the subscription. Recurring revenue is not automatically recurring profit.
  • We build Trillet, which is featured here. For regulated clients, verify the specific plan, agreements and workflow before selling the service.

An agency can put its logo on software in an afternoon and spend the next year supporting it. The useful comparison is what you can deliver repeatedly, at a price that covers the work.

What does white-label SaaS actually mean?

White-label SaaS is subscription software supplied by one company and offered under another company's brand. The agency packages the service and manages its client relationship, while the vendor maintains the underlying product.

Branding varies by plan. Some products remove vendor branding from reports; others let clients sign into a branded application on your domain. Neither automatically includes permission to resell every feature or a billing system for your customers.

A reseller can sell software without rebranding it, while an affiliate usually refers buyers for commission. An OEM arrangement embeds another company's technology in your own product. For the voice category, our White-Label Voice AI Platform Guide for Agencies explains the operating model.

How do we decide what is worth reselling?

A platform is worth shortlisting when it fits a service clients will pay for, leaves room for delivery costs, and gives you a workable support relationship. We compare those conditions rather than declaring one winner across unrelated categories.

This is a review of vendor documentation and published commercial terms, informed by our work building Trillet. It is not a claim that we have benchmarked every product in production.

Use four checks:

  1. Margin: model the subscription, client limits, usage, onboarding and monthly support at both normal and busy volumes.
  2. Client value: identify the business task the software improves and how you will demonstrate that improvement at renewal.
  3. Branding: inspect the login, reports, emails, invoice and support journey on the exact plan you intend to buy.
  4. Responsibility: establish who handles failures, data requests and any regulated workflow before signing a client.

What to do: run a realistic client scenario through the trial. Include an integration failure and a data-export request, not just the happy-path demo.

Which white-label SaaS platforms should you shortlist in 2026?

Shortlist by category first: broad suites consolidate marketing work, specialists support a narrower service, and voice platforms handle customer conversations. The table compares the relevant branding offer, so an inexpensive base plan is not mistaken for a complete resale package.

Prices below are USD, checked as of September 2026. “Annual” means the monthly equivalent of an annual commitment; taxes, usage and optional services may add to the total. The linked vendor pages in each profile support the comparison.

Which all-in-one suites fit an agency resale business?

GoHighLevel fits agencies packaging CRM and marketing workflows, while Vendasta fits a catalogue-led delivery model. Choose between operating a connected system and assembling services from a marketplace.

GoHighLevel

GoHighLevel combines CRM, funnels, campaigns and booking. As of September 2026, Unlimited is $297/month and Agency Pro is $497/month, with SaaS Mode on Pro. Its breadth can reduce the number of products an agency must operate. Phone, email and other usage still affect the bill. HighLevel pricing.

What to do: test your actual lead-to-booking workflow and check the rebilling features you need before choosing a tier.

Vendasta

Vendasta gives agencies a marketplace and client portal for delivering multiple services. Professional carries a $499 monthly minimum and one-year contract; eligible marketplace spending offsets the subscription from month two. Starter is co-branded, so it should not be presented as the same white-label offer. Vendasta pricing.

What to do: map expected product purchases against eligible offsets. A subscription offset is not the same as having no monthly spending commitment.

Which website and funnel platforms are worth reselling?

Duda is a strong shortlist for agencies standardising website production; Simvoly is worth considering when the package combines sites, funnels and commerce. Compare the cost of each additional client project, not just the platform subscription.

Duda

Duda's White Label plan costs $199 monthly or $149/month billed annually, with four sites included. Additional sites cost extra. Its agency production and collaboration tools are useful when repeatable site delivery is your core service. Duda pricing.

What to do: price your expected number of published sites and test the client editing experience before offering a fixed maintenance package.

Simvoly

Simvoly's WL Basic starts at $69 monthly or $59/month annually. WL Ultimate costs $497 monthly or $429/month annually, but additional projects still have fees. Unlimited websites inside an included project should not be read as unlimited free client projects. Simvoly white-label plans.

What to do: work out how your clients map to projects and allowances before calculating your margin.

Which tools suit SEO and reporting services?

SE Ranking fits agencies doing SEO research and execution; AgencyAnalytics fits agencies consolidating results for clients. Their roles overlap, but a reporting subscription and an SEO delivery service have different cost drivers.

SE Ranking

Core starts at $129 monthly or $103.20/month annually. The Agency Pack starts at an additional $69/month and requires annual billing, giving an annual-effective starting combination of $172.20/month. The add-on provides white-label client tools. SE Ranking pricing, Agency Pack terms.

What to do: check keyword, project and client-seat allowances against your service packages.

AgencyAnalytics

The current offer lists $20 per client per month billed annually, including white-label branding. Reporting is its central role; optional Rank Tracker and AI Tracker tools add tracking capabilities. AgencyAnalytics pricing.

What to do: count billable clients and add-ons, then test whether the reports answer the questions clients ask at renewal.

Which social-management platforms offer useful branding?

Sendible and SocialPilot both support agency social delivery, but their entry branding offers differ. Compare a client-facing application with a client-facing application, rather than treating branded PDF reports as equivalent.

Sendible

Sendible lists white labelling as a paid addition to Elite and Enterprise. Its pricing FAQ puts Elite from $349/month, before that add-on. A branded workspace is a useful fit for agencies collaborating with clients across social accounts. Sendible pricing.

What to do: obtain the complete white-label quote, including the required workspaces and profiles.

SocialPilot

Premium is $100 monthly or $85/month annually and includes white-label reports. Ultimate is $200 monthly or $170/month annually and adds advanced white-label capabilities. The lower report-only price is not the full application-branding price. SocialPilot pricing.

What to do: test approvals and client access on the tier you would actually buy.

Which voice AI platforms fit a reseller?

Trillet and Autocalls publish agency packages, VoiceAIWrapper suits agencies keeping separate provider relationships, and Stammer combines chat and voice. Synthflow remains relevant for enterprise evaluations, but its billing changes need attention before you build a resale offer around it.

Disclosure: this is our product. One platform. One team. Your brand. On the standard hosted service, you work with Trillet while Trillet manages the technology suppliers underneath. That gives the agency one core support relationship for building and operating its voice services.

As of September 2026, Studio costs $99/month with 1,000 included minutes, three workspaces and branding on a Trillet-hosted address. Agency costs $299/month with 3,000 included minutes, unlimited workspaces, a custom domain, branded emails and minute markup. AI usage above the allowance is $0.12/minute; telephony and SMS are separate. Both plans have a seven-day free trial with a card required.

Trillet holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications. HIPAA-covered processing requires Agency or Enterprise, an executed BAA and an applicable Order Form. Certifications do not make every calling campaign or recording practice automatically compliant.

The white-label voice AI platform fits agencies selling conversation workflows and ongoing delivery. A marketing suite is the better starting point if the client's main need is campaigns and CRM management.

What to do: check the Studio and Agency plan details, then test booking, transfers and fallback using the client's real workflow.

Synthflow

Synthflow's public Enterprise contracts start at $30,000 annually; branding and delivery scope need a quote. Its enterprise implementation support is a valid reason to shortlist it. However, in-product reseller billing and Stripe connections were removed on 15 September 2026. Synthflow pricing, reselling migration guide.

What to do: plan external client billing and usage reconciliation before promising an automated resale service.

Autocalls

Agency White Label is $419/month with 3,500 included minutes, unlimited client subaccounts and own-Stripe billing; extra minutes are $0.09. Its published bundled offer is competitive. Check destination rates and the applicable security agreements rather than assuming either universal coverage or missing compliance capabilities. Autocalls pricing.

What to do: compare the complete bill and run representative calls in the countries you serve.

VoiceAIWrapper

VoiceAIWrapper's current entry is $79/month, with voice usage billed separately by the connected provider. Its advantage is provider choice; its operating tradeoff is managing the branded application alongside those upstream relationships. VoiceAIWrapper pricing.

What to do: identify who owns each support issue and how provider usage reaches your client invoice.

Stammer

Stammer now lists Pro White Label at $99/month for chat-and-voice resale. Its pricing page contains conflicting usage and extra-agent details, so request the applicable rate card. Its Enterprise page markets regulated-use capabilities that need to be confirmed for the agreed deployment. Stammer pricing, Enterprise offering.

What to do: confirm the complete package and any regulated-use agreement for the workflow you intend to sell.

How should you start reselling without losing the margin?

Start with one defined service and a small pilot, then price the package using measured delivery effort. A vendor's low subscription price cannot tell you how much support your clients will need.

Talk to prospective buyers before committing to a long contract. Specify the included work, usage allowance, overage terms, support hours and escalation process. Measure the first clients' onboarding time and ongoing requests before scaling the offer.

For a simple illustration, $500 in monthly revenue with $200 in direct delivery costs leaves $300, or a 60% gross margin. That is arithmetic, not an agency earnings benchmark; overhead, sales costs and tax still affect profit.

Choosing the software is only one part of the business. The companion white-label tools for agencies guide covers the portal, reporting and operational tools you need to deliver the service.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is white-label SaaS?

It is subscription software offered under a reseller's brand, with the underlying product maintained by a supplier. The branding, resale rights and support responsibilities depend on the plan and agreement.

What are the best white-label SaaS platforms to resell?

Choose by the service you deliver: CRM, websites, SEO, social management or voice AI. Shortlist the products in the relevant category, then test the exact branding tier and total delivery cost.

Which white-label SaaS is most profitable?

There is no defensible universal winner. Profit depends on the price clients will pay, vendor and usage costs, implementation work, support demand and retention.

Can I resell SaaS without technical skills?

Many platforms provide visual configuration and hosted infrastructure. You still need to understand the client's workflow, test the setup, handle support and know when integration work requires help.

Which white-label platform should I use for regulated clients?

Choose one whose contractual scope and controls cover the actual data and workflow. Verify the required agreements, permissions, retention settings and human fallback rather than treating a badge as permission for every use.
