Connect the right location
Open GoHighLevel in your agent’s integrations and select Connect. Sign in and authorise the client’s intended location or sub-account.

Choose the calendar
Enable Calendar Booking and enter the Calendar ID for that location. Use the ID itself, not the full booking URL.

Set the timezone
Set Agent Location (Timezone) to match the calendar. Add instructions to confirm the caller’s chosen time and timezone.

Choose actions, test and publish
Select Check availability, Book an appointment, Reschedule and Cancel as needed. Test with a contact you control, verify the result in GoHighLevel, then publish.

Yes. Connect GoHighLevel from the Trillet agent that takes bookings, authorise the intended location, and configure its calendar and actions. No middleware is required for the supported calendar actions.
What can the voice agent do in GoHighLevel?
It can check availability, book an appointment against a contact, reschedule an existing appointment and cancel one. Choose the actions the agent can use and configure what it must collect and confirm before making a change.
How does it handle availability and booking conflicts?
The agent checks the connected calendar before offering a time. A slot can become unavailable between checking and booking, so configure it to confirm success only after the booking action succeeds and offer another available time if needed.
Does it find or create the caller’s contact?
The booking flow can match a contact by email or phone, or create a contact to book against. Collect first name, last name and email, plus any other required details. Calendar booking does not automatically configure general CRM synchronisation, pipeline updates or follow-up workflows.
Do I connect it once for my whole account?
The connection is configured per agent. Authorise the right client location and choose a calendar within it. An agency’s access to several locations does not make their calendars interchangeable.
Can callers reschedule or cancel by phone?
Yes, when those actions are enabled. The agent needs the original contact email or phone and the appointment date and time to identify the right booking. Confirm the requested change, and check the new slot’s availability before rescheduling.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. Use a Trillet number or forward your existing line through your provider. Test the route before launch; activation time and forwarding options depend on your carrier and phone setup.
Can this support healthcare appointments?
Discuss the deployment with Trillet before handling patient information. HIPAA mode requires an applicable agreement and configuration, and the connected GoHighLevel account must also meet your requirements. A calendar connection alone does not establish compliance.
