Not today. Can someone call me back on Thursday?
Of course. I’ll mark this for a call back.

ViciDial routes the call.
The agent does the rest.
Trillet’s agent takes the calls your inbound and outbound ViciDial campaigns send over SIP, qualifies each caller, transfers the ready ones and reports every other outcome back to ViciDial.

Screen first.
Your closers take it from there.
Let the agent take the first conversation, qualify the caller against your criteria and transfer the ones who are ready to your closers’ in-group. Every other call ends with a status your team can work from.

Configured by Trillet’s team.
- 1
Scope your ViciDial build
Share your ViciDial server URL, the inbound or outbound campaigns and in-groups the agent will take and the status codes your team uses. Trillet’s team scopes the setup with you.
- 2
Connect SIP
Trillet registers your SIP trunk as a Custom SIP – Direct number and maps the SIP headers ViciDial sends: agent ID, user, pass, caller ID name and in-group.
- 3
Turn on the integration
Trillet turns on the ViciDial integration for your agent with your server URL, the header mappings and the transfer status (XFER by default).
- 4
Write the rules
Agree when the agent should transfer a caller and which status to post for each outcome. Both go into the agent’s instructions.
- 5
Test, then go live
Send a test lead through a test in-group. Check the transfer and the posted status in ViciDial before real calls reach the agent.

Have a specific workflow in mind?
Talk it through with usDoes Trillet integrate natively with ViciDial?
Yes. Trillet has a native, production-proven ViciDial integration, set up by Trillet’s team on Enterprise. It is Trillet’s only native contact-centre integration; other PBX and contact-centre platforms are integrated as custom work scoped per engagement.
Do we have to replace ViciDial?
No. ViciDial stays your dialler and keeps routing calls. It sends calls to your Trillet agent over SIP, and transfers and call statuses go back to ViciDial.
Does it work with outbound campaigns?
Yes. It works with inbound and outbound ViciDial campaigns. ViciDial dials the leads in your outbound campaigns, as it does today, and sends each answered call to your Trillet agent over SIP. Inbound calls reach the agent the same way.
How does a voice AI agent connect to ViciDial?
Over SIP trunking. ViciDial sends the call to a Custom SIP – Direct number in Trillet, and the agent ID, user, pass, caller ID name and in-group are mapped from the SIP headers. Transfers and statuses go back through ViciDial’s agent API.
Can the AI hand qualified calls to our agents?
Yes. When the agent’s instructions say a caller is ready, for example once the lead is qualified, it transfers the call through ViciDial to the in-group you set, with your transfer status (XFER by default).
Does the call disposition sync back to ViciDial?
Yes. When a call ends without a transfer, Trillet posts a status code to ViciDial. The code is taken from the call’s result and matched to the codes agreed for your campaigns, such as SALE, CALLBK or NI. Each call records whether the update succeeded.
What do you need from our ViciDial team?
Your ViciDial server URL, API access for the user ViciDial passes in the SIP headers, SIP trunk capacity for the agent’s calls, the in-groups for transfers and your status codes. Trillet’s team scopes the rest with you.
Which plan includes it, and how is it priced?
It is a native ViciDial integration, set up by Trillet’s team on Enterprise. Enterprise pricing is custom and agreed per engagement.
Can we use our own carrier, or run on-premise?
Yes. You can choose your own telephony provider, along with the speech and language models. On-premise deployment via Docker, or a private cloud, is available by agreement.
Is it secure?
Trillet holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications. HIPAA mode stops call recordings and transcripts being stored on Trillet’s servers; HIPAA-regulated processing needs an executed BAA. Other controls are agreed per engagement.
How long does setup take?
Your timeline is set in the scoping proposal. Complex implementations typically take 6–8 weeks.
