Import and schedule batch outbound calls
Upload a CSV with phone_number, set retries and timing, and confirm a batch before starting calls.

Call a list of people with the same agent, on a schedule you choose.
Before you start
Batch calls go out from a number you own and have connected to the platform — only agents with one of your own numbers appear in the agent list.
Import your contacts
If your contacts are in Google Sheets, export the sheet as CSV and upload that file.
- Go to Calls → Batch Calls and choose the agent.
- Click Download Template and fill it in.
- Keep the phone_number column exactly as named, and include country codes on every number. Any other columns you add are passed to the agent as variables, using the column heading as the variable name.
- Click Upload your contact list and choose your CSV.
- If any rows have errors, the upload tells you — fix them in the file and upload again. You can't start a batch with invalid rows in it.
Set timing and retries
- Turn on Auto-Retry to try failed calls again automatically. Set Max Retries and the wait time between attempts.
- Turn on Schedule for Later and set a Start Date & Time to run the batch later. Check the time shown in the confirmation matches what you intended before starting.
Start the batch
- Click Start Batch Call.
- Check the summary — contacts to call, the agent, the estimated time and the scheduled start.
- Click Start Calls.
Watch it run, filter it, or stop it from Call Queues (see Monitor batches and manage queued calls).
