Work through the section for what's missing.
A post-call summary didn't arrive
- Open the flow, then Settings → Notifications. Check the email address is added (not just typed), and that Text you a summary or Text the caller a summary are switched on if you're expecting a text.
- If the caller hung up without saying anything, check Skip empty-call notifications — with it on, calls like that send nothing, on purpose.
- Confirm you've published since changing any of these settings.
A booking link wasn't received
- Open the Text a booking link function and confirm the link is a full address starting with
https://. - Check your agent's own instructions don't tell it when or how to send the booking link — the built-in function already handles this, and adding your own instructions can prevent it from actually sending.
- Check the call record: the agent may say it sent the link even when the send didn't go through, so confirm from the call record rather than the transcript alone.
A workflow email didn't arrive
Open the workflow's run history and check whether it stopped at the email step — a run that fails partway through can look like the workflow didn't run at all.
Someone texted your number and you didn't see it
A number needs a message flow connected to it to receive text replies. If there's no message flow on that number, texts to it aren't received anywhere.
Duplicate messages
Compare call IDs first — two separate calls (including two test calls) produce two separate summaries. If one call produced two identical messages, contact support with the call ID.
