Add email recipients, configure SMS summaries, and skip notifications for empty calls.
ReviewedOn this page
Get a summary after each call, by email or text.
Email summaries
- Open the call flow, then Settings → Notifications.
- Turn on Email summary.
- Type an address and click Add email — typing it alone doesn't save it. You'll see a warning that summaries have nowhere to go until you do. You can add up to three addresses.
- Click What's in the email summary to choose which collected information appears, and to edit the subject line and content.
Text summaries
- Text you a summary sends the summary to you. Enter the phone number with its country code and choose which number it sends from.
- Text the caller a summary sends it to the person who called instead.
Text messages don't send on web test calls — test with a real phone call.
Skipping empty calls
Turn on Skip empty-call notifications so you're not notified about calls where nothing was said — wrong numbers, immediate hang-ups, and silent calls.
Finish
Wait for the change to save, then publish the flow and make a test call to confirm the summary arrives.
