Review call analytics and export results
Filter monthly analytics, group dispositions with OR, and export results with the correct agent scope.

See how calls went across a month — volume, outcomes, sentiment, and the information your agents collected.
Choose what you're looking at
Pick a month from the selector. Analytics covers the last 12 calendar months, one month at a time.
If the month has more than one agent or both call directions, extra dropdowns appear so you can narrow it down.
What the dashboard shows
Total Calls, Completed, Avg Duration and Voicemail across the top, then Volume by Hour of Day, Top Agents, Disposition Breakdown, Sentiment and Extracted Variables.
Click a row in Disposition Breakdown, Sentiment or Extracted Variables to open those calls in Call History. Note the agent you picked here isn't carried over, so set it again there if you need it.
Grouping dispositions
You can group dispositions together — for example several "not interested" outcomes under one heading.
Use OR between dispositions, not AND. Each call has exactly one disposition, so a group that requires two at once never matches anything.
Groups you create are saved in the browser you're using. They aren't shared with your team, and they're lost if you clear your browser data.
Exporting
Export All exports the month. A group can be exported on its own.
If you have an agent selected and several agents share the same name, the export covers one of them, so the file can contain fewer calls than the dashboard shows. Give agents distinct names to avoid this.
