Request an account change or written policy information
Find self-serve email, cancellation, and workspace deletion controls, and request account closure or policy documents from support.

Some account changes are self-serve. Others genuinely need support, or aren't something we can grant.
Change your login email
Go to Settings → Account → Account Email, enter your new address and current password, and confirm the link sent to the new address. Your old email keeps working until you confirm — you're limited to a few resend requests an hour, so don't click it repeatedly if it doesn't arrive right away.
Cancel your plan
Billing → Cancel plan. This also cancels AI Studio and releases any phone numbers you've purchased through the platform.
Delete a workspace
- Switch to the workspace you intend to delete and check its name in the sidebar. Stay in that workspace; switching to your own workspace changes the deletion target.
- As the workspace owner, open Settings → Workspace → Danger Zone.
- Read the deletion confirmation and verify that it names the intended workspace before confirming. Deletion permanently removes that workspace's data and remaining funds.
If you cannot select the intended client workspace, or Danger Zone is missing, contact support with its workspace ID instead of deleting a different workspace.
Close your account entirely
Closing your whole account — not just a single workspace — isn't self-serve. Email support to request it.
Policy, data, and compliance requests
For anything about our security, privacy, or compliance posture — a Data Processing Agreement, a subprocessor list, data-location information, or a policy question — check the policy information provided by your service provider first, then submit a support ticket if you need something specific in writing. Ask support for the approved request process for a formal DPA or similar document.
Transcript redaction, recording controls, and retention settings are configuration — they don't by themselves constitute a certification or a specific contractual guarantee. If you need something in writing for a compliance requirement, use one of the channels above rather than relying on a setting alone.
