Create and manage client invoices
Connect Stripe, create draft invoices, configure optional wallet funding, and send from the invoice menu.
ReviewedOn this page
Bill a client directly through the platform, and optionally fund their wallet from the same invoice.
Before you start
Invoices need Stripe connected. If you haven't, click Connect Stripe on the Invoices page first. This is available to the Owner of a Studio or Agency master workspace.
Create an invoice
- In the sidebar, click Invoices, then Create Invoice.
- Choose One-Time Invoice or Recurring Invoice.
- Pick the Sub-Workspace, then the Recipient from that workspace's team.
- Set the Due Date and Currency.
- Add each line: Service Title, Description, Quantity and Unit Price. Use Add Item for more lines.
- If you want this invoice to also top up the client's wallet, turn on Fund Customer Wallet (USD only) and review the breakdown. This option is disabled unless the client already has Use Master Stripe on with a Custom Per Minute Rate set — set that up first on the client's Billing tab if you don't see it.
- For a recurring invoice, also set Frequency, Start Date, an optional End Date, and whether to auto-charge the card on file.
- Click Create Invoice. This saves it as a draft — it isn't sent yet.
Send it
Open the invoice's ⋯ menu and click Send.
Managing invoices
- A draft can be Edited, Sent, or Deleted.
- Once sent, an invoice can be Resent or Cancelled (Cancel Recurring for a recurring one).
- Only drafts can be deleted.
